(Part 2 in early development? Kind of? It's something I mean to do. Sometime.)

In the far corners of the world, on its paper-thin rim, where the land drops into the endless sea beyond and the solitary details of its being melt like caramel in the corner of one’s eye… there is a darkness brewing. Demons, from the Psychic Abyss, have come to enslave the peoples on those far shores, each subjecting them to a kingdom of misery and despair.

You are an angel, sent from God. You have come to slay these foul creatures, one by one.

Demons:

- Pecca, the Boy King

- Lila, the Sower

- Roe, the Pillar

- Ochre, the Pungent One

- Cormac, the Ox

- Tiberius, the Senator

These demons can be fought in any order, and each one when defeated unlocks a new spell. You may find certain spells especially useful against certain demons, so if one demon in particular is giving you trouble, try coming back to it after you’ve unlocked some more spells.

The following is a list of actions that can be taken when in combat.

- “attack” - your basic attack. Does a fixed amount of damage, and has a fixed chance to hit.

- “powerup” - increases the damage dealt by your basic attack. After 5 of these, you will have a chance of hurting yourself during each turn; this chance increases as you push yourself to your limit.

- “focus” - increases the chance your basic attack has of hitting.

- “look” - shows how much health the enemy has.

- “magic” - casts the currently equipped spell. This will only work if you have enough mana. You gain 1 mana per turn.

- “back” - run away from the current battle and go back to the menu.

Outside of combat is where you can equip different spells, or enter combat. Experiment with different spells; you may find some particularly well-suited to your play style.

Good luck, holy warrior! The people of the outer lands cry out for salvation.
